If they can come up with a better mounting system it would be amazing. Maybe magnets or something I don’t know but it’s there!!!!

I received a nanoleaf as a gift and as such did not have a receipt. Randy in the service department helped me diagnose the problem (faulty controller) and once we figured out what it was he sent me a replacement same day. It arrived in 2 days and now my nanoleaf works like a charm. It is nice to know a company like nanoleaf takes customer service seriously and does everything they can to take care of and solve an issue. I am extremely satisfied and will continue using nanoleaf for years to come!
I had an issue with my original Nanoleaf controller and I was sent a replacement controller. The new controller works very well and it was sent to me quickly. Support for my Nanoleaf Shapes was very good. However, I did send an inquiry about having the software “respond to the music I listen to on my I-pods” and I received no response (?).
It was really good and I really liked it
