What's in the Box?

[3] Flexible Linkers for Nanoleaf Shapes and Elements

Use in place of the standard linkers that ship with your Nanoleaf Shapes product. Each linker is 6.5 in | 16.5cm in length and bends up to 360 degrees. NOTE: Connect the Flex Linkers between the same slots as you would with a standard linker, in an orientation that would still be possible without the added length. If this makes the length of the Linker cable too long for your design, you can hide the excess length by wrapping it within the back of the panel. I just want to say I've had issues with these on the hexagon shapes since day one, I got in contact with the team and they made me do all these tests and resets, they asked me to send a video of how I was resetting because they said it should work when clearly it was not, very annoying and inconvenient. the solution was to send me a new controller and after a month they stopped working again. I gave up on trying to fix it and did not bother to get in contact because they're going to ask me to do everything all over again and it's just so inconvenient being a temporary solution. I wish I could just return them.
