Delivery from Aust. to NZ was very very slow.

Very overpriced product and very overpriced shipping. Stay far away from the Nanoleaf ecosystem. I really regret being fooled into buying their lights that require 50$ stickers. Shameful!

The support team have been nothing but exceptional for me when something has gone wrong. I'm actually really impressed that I took the time out of my day to post this review.

I don't think I've waited longer then 5m when connecting to an agent on the live chat feature and within 20m at best my issue is resolved. Regardless of it being a troubleshooting request or a product shipped out to me, they've always pulled through without fail. Keep up the legendary work team!

J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails je n’ai eu aucune réponses, et après un mois maintenant j’attends encore mon colis. Commander ici est fait mais à ne pas refaire.
