Poor customer service

Ordered more than a month ago. Still haven't received anything. Parcel was accidentally returned by the mail order company. Nanoleaf customer service says they will send it again but nothing happens at all. Nanoleaf customer service is slow to respond (up to 5 working days) and inadequate.

Software is garbage

Doesn't connect 95% of the time, while my Hue lights work 99.9% of the time on the same WiFi network just fine. No idea what Nanoleaf are playing at but the software / connectivity is dire, even after full resets and reinstalls.

As it is I have the lights set to one scheme, but if I need to change them it's a nightmare. If I was making frequent changes I'd have given up and returned them.

Pretty but software sucks, avoid.
