I've already bought TWO Canvas Smarter kits and both times the controller stopped working after some months. My niece in Switserland experienced the same problem !
I have now a wall with 17 tiles that can't light.
If I want back light, I have to buy AGAIN 9 panels ! (and probably after a few months they will be broken again).
My order of canvas came in with 2 panels damaged. Reached out to customer support, and it’s been 4 weeks they still have not resolved this. Tried to follow up the email a few times but nobody replies.
I’ve tried to contact the customer support, wrote multiple tickets and several emails for days, yet no response from the customer support at all. My order status has been remaining unfulfilled and no update for days. I just want to find out what happened with my order, but no way to reach out the customer support. It’s very frustrating.
They’re amazing, up to now nothing bad to say about them!
Package never arrived, and when I reached out to Nanoleaf support, I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me. So long as their customer service behaves this way, I cannot recommend this product ￼￼
