Support replacement, was fast, free and make it work again

Nanoleaf looks good when it works. It works about 80% of the time.

Three weeks of messaging with support and counting to get my $900 worth of lines working correctly.

It stopped working completely after 3 months, and you have been stringing me along with support emails and have done nothing. Trash product. But the customer service is sooooooooo much worse.
