At first the CS was pretty good, they sent a replacement unit, but when I had additional trouble getting it to function normally and even video documented it for them, they completely stopped responding to me. When they were responding, they take several days or weeks to reply.
After moving apartments, my Nanoleaf Lines wouldn't connect. Customer service was able to help me diagnose the problem quickly and offer replacement parts where necessary. The entire experience was seamless, quick, and hassle-free. Awesome customer support!
According to the USPS tracking number my package left Grove City, Ohio 4 days ago. Grove City is a 25 minute drive from my house.
According to the UPS tracking number my package was supposed to be here by today July 25. It still hasn't arrived. Why is it going on 5 days now for a package to travel less than 30 minutes?
