Writing this review from the email requesting my feedback that states “We fulfilled your order from our store Nanoleaf Shop USA 21 days ago” but the hexagons, power supply, and connectors are still not here.

I’ve contacted support and they are “waiting for the warehouse team to get back to them.” This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ordered a month before Christmas and now I fear I’m going to have to disappoint my fiancée by not being able to give her this gift she’s been wanting.

I have a box with only the triangles expansion pack that is completely useless without the rest of the kit. Support has been somewhat responsive, but they are still dragging there feet in terms of actually getting this issue resolved.

At one point they stated that they may have to get the courier involved despite that making no sense because the box I received is far too small to contain the full kit that I ordered and I sent images as requested which prove they sent a package that is far too small to contain the full kit.

Overall, I’m quite disappointed with how this has been handled given the amount of money I spent for this product and the fact that nanoleaf is a major player within this product category. Hopefully they will get this resolved in time for Christmas, but my hope for that is dwindling as they show little sign of actually working to expedite this beyond empty assurances that they’re working on it.

I needed some LED wall lights and I wanted them in hexagons. The triangles just made the ensemble fit my wall a lot better, and at a bundle price!

Only bad, is that you need to be connected on a very old router to be able to connect them to the internet.

I was force to use 10yr old router to force my connection on recent smart phones to 2.4ghz...than once SSID configure, i shutdown the old router and the nanoleaf connect to my recent router (as I was using the same SSID).

All recent smartphone dont offers the ability to force connections to 2.4ghz, same for recent router.
