Terrible Experience

The replacement product took over a month to get shipped after several back and forth emails from various different customer service reps. Tried various troubleshooting multiple times. I have never had such a bad experience with a company's customer service team. The app is extremely difficult to pair products with as well.

Still waiting for product

It’s been over 21 days and I am still waiting for my package. I have reached out to customer support and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do and to wait. Will not be purchasing anymore Nanoleaf items.

Second power source to stop working

We ordered this to replace a power source that stopped working for no reason. My daughter's sensory wall worked with this new power source for less than a week and now this power source also no longer works. $30 spent and we got about 6 days out of it.
