Awesome concept; not so good tape

Set up my colorful, musically enhanced display. Impressive. It looked like I’m getting a set for my parents. But within a week, 20 of my 31 octagons fell to the ground. I freshly painted the wall to avoid a problem. I contacted Nanoleaf, and they are sending replacement tape, double the amount for better contact. Sadly, it will take a week to arrive. Wish they could have sent the replacement tape with higher priority.
All in all. Good news/bad news.
