Nanoleaf refused to take any responsibility for their negligence. The matter has been escalated to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) and NSW Fair Trading. Try to stay away from this company if you could.

Their customer service is hopeless and refuse to take any responsibility. This is simply not a delay and clearly the couriers' negligence. This matter should be resolved between your company and the Courier, instead of asking me to file a police report.
Don't buy directly from their website. Expecting the items to be delivery before Christmas as a Christmas present. Nothing has been received after ordering it for more than a month. Trying to contact the customer service and it is still getting nowhere. Keep telling me the items were delivered.
The parcel (total worth of AU$700) was left unattended as nobody was home. Not sure how they could enter my apartment building and leave the parcel behind without us answering the door. Not even an email from Nanoleaf or Courier Service notifying me it was delivered. We are not willing to take any responsibility over this matter as it was clearly the couriers' negligence and failure to do the right thing.
We also do not understand how they could allow such an expensive purchase be able to be delivered without requiring a signature.
We are still trying to resolve this matter with their customer service. Nothing has been resolved besides for the endless emails.
Totally frustrated!!!
