December Shipping Advisory

Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, a Kwazy Kwanzaa, Fabulous Festivus, and best wishes for anything else you might be celebrating this December! As you can imagine, the holiday season is quite a bit busier for retailers and we're no different. Canada Post, Fedex, UPS, and Purolator are all trying hard to make sure parcels arrive in a timely fashion... but there are limitations to the magic they can pull off =)

If you want your order before on or before December 24th, we recommend ordering before the holiday cutoff times below.

Shipping to the Greater Toronto or Greater Vancouver Areas

  • December 19th for non-expedited parcels
  • December 20th for expedited parcels (including Overnight and 2-Day)

Shipping to Ontario, Quebec, or British Columbia

  • December 17th for non-expedited parcels
  • December 19th for expedited parcels

Shipping to All Other Provinces

  • December 16th for non-expedited parcels
  • December 18th for expedited parcels

Shipping to the Territories

  • December 14th for non-expedited parcels
  • December 16th for expedited parcels

Holiday Returns and Exchanges

We want your gifting experience to be a great one! All orders purchased between November 21st and December 10th can be returned or exchanged up until January 10th. After December 10th, the normal 30 day return and exchange period applies once again.

Shipping Charges

The Nanoleaf Shop Canada offers free shipping on orders over $100, coast-to-coast!

No discount code or coupon is necessary, simply add items to your cart and check out. Standard shipping for orders under $100 is $4.99 in Ontario and $9.99 for the rest of the country, flat rate. When choosing any of the Express Shipping services, please remember that these service times are for delivery; add 1-2 business days for processing at the warehouse.
