they only sent me a portion of the set I ordered.i filed a complaint via website. I just want the remaining items I was charged for. They responded telling me they will address the issue, but have ignored me. I sent proof of missing items and have NOT heard from any response. To include packing list that was NOT same weight as package. I have not received a refund or replacement for any of the missing items. If I return it I will only get credit for items I return..I would give them zero stars. Get the items from a company like Best Buy…NOT this fraudulent website. It has been almost a month and the issue still isn’t resolved.
