What is PayBright?
PayBright is an independent company which offers consumer financing loans to eligible consumers in Canada. When you pay for a purchase with PayBright, you're taking out a loan. Like all other credit instruments, you should use this payment option responsibly.
How do I make my monthly payments?
During the application for a PayBright loan, you can indicate whether you prefer pre-authorized payments via bank transfer (PAD) or credit card.
Who can apply for a PayBright payment plan?
PayBright payment plans are available to Canadian residents above the age of majority, which is 18 or 19, depending on your province. PayBright financing on the Nanoleaf Shop Canada is only available for orders between $500 and $15,000 (before taxes).
Can I use PayBright to pay for only part of my purchase?
PayBright financing can only be applied to an order in its entirety. To use PayBright for only part of your purchase, please complete two separate transactions.
Can I prepay my outstanding balance with PayBright?
Yes, all PayBright payment plans can be prepaid at any time without penalty.
I had a problem with a PayBright transaction. What happened?
If there was a problem applying for a PayBright loan, the root issue might be something on your credit file or an inability by PayBright to verify your identity. Unfortunately, PayBright is not able to extend credit to all consumers. If you have an existing PayBright loan, but were not able to complete an order, there may have been a temporary issue communicating between servers. In either case, please contact PayBright directly. For protection of your privacy, Nanoleaf does not have access to your credit file and is unable to assist with inquiries related to PayBright financing.
How do I access my PayBright account?
How do returns work if I paid using PayBright?
All orders placed using PayBright's financing option are governed by the same generous returns and exchange policy offered by Nanoleaf. Upon receipt of returned goods, your PayBright balance will be reduced or cancelled accordingly.
