The panels are nice looking, but the lighting component doesn't work. Connecting to the control unit is very difficult, and after several attempts, it will work for about five minutes before malfunctioning again. There's really no support provided by the company.

I love my Shapes, but they don’t look great when they’re off. The Elements look so much nicer in a formal setting even when off.
