Order mistake made in shipping and a month later it still was never resolved
As a previous customer of nanoleaf products for my personal use in the past, I was excited to incorporate them into my new business. But after a mess up of only receiving 9 of the 39 lights we ordered totaling more than $700, customer service failed to resolve the matter or even keep me updated after a month. Truly frustrated and disappointed.
