The clips that hold this into place same as every clip or cover for the lines or shapes models easily break off if you try to remove or unsnap them they then SNAP right off rendering the item as useless….

Customer service told me purchasing this item would get my lines to work properly, it did not.

It’s my favorite light by far in my home. I found pairing the device to be difficult and if it were easier I would consider buying more.

I received 36 lines and I am satisfied with quality

I haven’t received it And there is no feedback on my communication via email to Nanoleaf Support
