Ordered direct from Nanoleaf instead of through a third party supplier like Amazon or Best Buy because they did not have the Blocks panels that I was looking for listed (Big mistake, will not be doing this again!). I was not given any option to select a courier or provide any additional delivery details, courier threw package on my porch without knocking or ringing the doorbell and it was stolen by a thief around 20 minutes later, as confirmed by my doorbell camera.
Nanoleaf refused to do anything about this lost order, essentially saying that because the courier had confirmed delivery (with a photo taken after they threw the box on my porch), that it was out of their hands and it was now on me to create a claim with the courier (who I have no existing relationship with as the courier was contracted by Nanoleaf to deliver their order).
No signature request (which to me is odd for a package worth ~$250), no notification of delivery at all, I only discovered this was delivered by checking the tracking number after waiting for the package to be delivered throughout the day and then subsequently checking my doorbell camera.
This could be a really great product, but I have no idea as I never received it and at this point have just essentially had $250 stolen from me. If you do need to order this company's products, I would suggest you do it through a third party retailer that will provide you support if you have an issue, as dealing with Nanoleaf directly has led me to a dead end without a resolution.
