The product is good but the Nanoleaf support is horrible. Firstly no one replies on the chat, secondly to do small things they take so many days. I had returned an item and its been delivered at least 10 days ago but refund is still not issues. Horrible

I've received a faulty controller but contacting the support team quickly figured the device was faulty. They ship a new one and now it work perfectly.
Bought these as a gift for my girlfriend and we are so excited to hang them up and give them a go. Love that they sync to music!!
product is nice.
However, software need serious improvement.
Major issues :
1- doesn't works with Alexa.
2- nano leaf app is really shitty.
You must perform softReset/HardReset basically every week.
After couple of weeks , you gave up , like : what the point, The app will break* again anyway "
* error message : Device Unreachable
3- when the app works ( means when you've done the traditional Soft Reset you already perfrom 3 days ago) , the app is very slow, really not responsive.
If the device is reacheable ( which, i repeat , means you've perform really recently another Soft Reset or Hard reset) it will takes at least 30 secondes for the app to connect with the product.
Looks gorgeous and works well. The wake up mode has been particularly nice.
