Nano providers terrible customer service. I spent months speaking with different agents about my device not working only to wait weeks in between for a response. Products aren’t worth the price especially when customer service is as useless to help you as they are.

Works as intended, thankful for company that stands by their product

After about a year of owning nanoleaf elements, my controller died. I was upset until I contacted support, who told me my controller was part of a recall and they provided me a replacement free of charge after confirming my serial#.

I didnt realize how much I missed having these on until they were out of action, thankfully Im back up now and my space looks great again

Worst customer service of my life

My device is faulty. I’ve been on a smell thread for weeks with scarce responses. None of the troubleshooting has worked and I’ve spent hours trying to get the device to work. After 2+ weeks of emailing back and forth you finally sent me a new controller. At that point my case was closed before I was able to confirm the new controller actually solved the problem. The new controller did nothing the entire device is actually broken…. I’ve asked for a refund and or exchange neither have been granted and I’m basically just Shit out of luck. I am actively discrediting this product to all my friends, it’s been so terrible to not be able to call on the phone with customer service. Email is a terrible way to manage customer inquiries, especially when the responses on your team are not quick and can take multiple business days. I can say with a high level of confidence I will never spend another dollar with Nanoleaf. I’m really disappointed too because I was so excited about this purchase and think the product looks amazing when it works…
I was trying to find a case number to share with you but also a huge miss on your part, I don’t have one…
