Convenient but expensive.

Worst Decision to Buy

This was the worst experience I have had with this company. I have bought many of their products before and loved them. I purchased the Nanoleaf lines 39 line bundle. Issue one when the order arrived they did not send the correct parts to connect the additional powers supply units to the lights. I reached out to customer service via email since you can’t call customer service for this company (why is this a thing) informed them of the issue and got a response 4 days later questions/follow up to my concern. I answered the questions and was told a replacement order was being shipped out. Fast forward a week received the replacement order but they only shipped one power supply with the correct connecter and with this light setup you need three power supply units. So instead of trying to go back through customer service which would take days I just purchased another power supply that had the connecter to attach to my lights. I finally receive all the power supply units and hook it up. The next problem arises. The lights keep randomly changing colors, flickering, the brightness will change from very dim to 100% brightness and again all this is random so I reach out to technical support about this. They ask for photos/videos of the light’s behavior I provide multiple videos and pictures. Tech support provides instructions on what steps they would like me to try to see if that would help my issues. None of their solutions worked. It has been almost a month the lights still do not work correctly and I have not had anyone reach out to me since my last message to tech support on 05/02.
