Opened a ticket and after a week, received a single email back have not heard anything for over a week. 2 out of 2 times that I've ordered from nanoleaf I've had issues. For how expensive these products are I'd suggest looking at alternatives.

For all the complaints regarding the company’s products, I have had excllent success and throughly enjoy my array of lights. I love the convenience of bieing able to both automate them and voice commands. The mini-triangles are great addition to my bathroom apartment decor since I have no windows in that room. They pair up nicely with Apple HomeKit making a central place from which to control my lights through out my apartment.

I bought these to add some texture to a heart shape I made with my hexagons and I love them. Super easy to set up and just a fantastic light addition to my room.

Overall an amazing product, with good brightness and endless customization! Would totally buy again.

I've been trying for 5 days to get my nanoleaf shapes sets to connect, and it's been the most infuriating process I've experienced with smart home tech. not only does the process take literally forever to tell me it hasn't worked, but the error codes and their respective solutions are impossible to address. these are unquestionably the worst purchases I've made in years, made even worse by the exorbitant price for each set.

my advice: about these products at all costs.
