Controller fixed my problem
I love the lights. I did t like that they got damaged by themselves. And i still havent gotten anything.
My hexagon light panel suddenly turned red and wouldn’t turn off even when the controller was disconnected. I looked around on Reddit and found a couple other people had the same issue. I reached out to customer service via email and talked to “Elisha” we agreed upon them sending me a replacement light panel. A couple months go by and I randomly remembered that I never received my panel. I contacted Elisha wondering where my light was and she went back on her word and sent me a controller…..In confusion mixed with anger, I tried reaching out to customer service via email to return this useless controller and receive the light panel that we originally agreed upon and no response. Overall great company and I have almost every shape they sell, but I just want my money’s worth.
It’s been almost 3 months since mi hexagon nanoleaf controller broke and haven’t got a replacement from you. Please help!
