I ordered a nanoleaf lines product with black skin. The buying and the delivery process was fast and easy; However, they sent me a used open box product. I was very upset with this. I started a return process which took a long time to get a response after a couple of emails that I sent. After I get a return label, it's been more than 2 weeks now thay they have received the product back from me but haven't refunded my credit card yet. There is no number to call them or no chat service. It's just a web form to submit a message which takes days to get a response or no responses at all I have sent them a couple of emails again to follow up with my refund process, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet. I'm totally unsatisfied with their customer service.
