The new controller doesn’t work. I reached out and no one has reached out to help me. I’m stuck with a broken product that I never got to experience.

I am aware that a manufacturer can’t commit to product replacements years beyond purchase, but I am disappointed that I had to pay for the replacement controller part after it completely failed to power up. It seems like this issue should have been covered with an extended warranty since it appears to happen often and nullifies the entire investment in light panels unless you replace the proprietary controller.

Came very well packaged but I am still sad that you can’t move the lights without them almost breaking or breaking. :)
