Missing parts

The pin was missing, super dissapointing

nanoleaf is a scam company

If you do a deep dive into how the squares are connecting to the internet/to nanoleaf you're going to discover that they purposely break the square in your setup. It was really complicated but found out a new update breaks old squares. Curious about it we got new ones and the new one broke as well and it appears that they disabled it at a distance, like one of their developers bricked it manually.

Nanoleaf company appears to be a scam.

Second failure with canvas unit

This is the second time the control square for my canvas lights have failed. The 1st was under warranty this time I had to pay. These lights don't get used a whole lot so this is disappointing. The process to diagnose and get a replacement was extremely slow along with missteps by the support team.

Great product, but continues to fail

This is the third controller I've bought and while the product is great, it's only great if it works. The first one lasted about 18 months, the second one lasted 6 months, I'm hoping this this one will work for a couple of years as it looks like Nanoleaf is phasing out this product.
