This is the third controller I've bought and while the product is great, it's only great if it works. The first one lasted about 18 months, the second one lasted 6 months, I'm hoping this this one will work for a couple of years as it looks like Nanoleaf is phasing out this product.

Not as advertised
Website says package includes rigid linker but this was not included. Moreover, instead of support making this right, they offered for me to BUY a pack of linkers and to waive shipping. Seriously?

Failed Canvas Control Square
My Canvas Control Square failed after 6 years of operation. Paid for a replacement Control Square, and upgraded my system to the In-Wall PSU 75 Watt, at the same time. My Canvas is back up and running again. Hopefully we’re set now for the next 10 years ! Just keep adding more Canvas Squares !

The process took longer than I thought to get this panel but glad to have received a working canvas.
