I have a whole house full of Philips light strips — these are by far easier to use and a fraction of the price.
This is very good and cheaper than other established brands.
Product was sent broken. Understandable, it happens. But no reply from both a voice mail and an email 72 hours later would appear that you don’t have customer service, just product. This will be the kiss of death for a very thoughtful idea but lack of a business plan. Call me. Email me. I can see this has been a persistent problem with many of your customers. Folks, if you're going to succeed you need to ge this worked out, now.

Absolutely love my light strip and lights, they work amazing. However if you ever have a problem, don’t expect support to ever get back to you at all. I emailed over and over and never heard back from anybody. I’ve never experienced support this bad. Not recommended just because of the horrible situation with support.

I love my Nanoleaf lights! They’re on all day with ambient light. I almost didn’t keep the order but I’m glad I did.
