Controller was malfunctioning

From first use, controller was malfunctioning. Customer service was so slow and difficult to deal with that it was literally faster to order another starter kit to get a replacement controller than it was waiting on them to ship it out. After enough hassle they finally did. Looks good on the wall, but black panels are very situational.

I’m also concerned about the long term availability of replacement panels for a product that they say is available for only a limited time. It’s a huge investment for a big display, having long term parts availability and better customer service would be nice.

They aren’t bad, but I would not choose black panels again due to the issues I mentioned.

Expensive but man they’re cool. Not limited edition though since they still sell them a year later, wish I would’ve waited for the sale if I would’ve known

Fantastic & Robust

I've had these lights for nearly two years and have been running them at least one and a half years. In their lifespan, they've generally ran 24/7 (Though if I remember, I'll turn them off when leaving the house). Despite running so constantly throughout such a long time, they have experienced no issues! The only things I can say could possibly be a problem is slight variation between one panel and the others.
I absolutely love these panels! I would recommend them as they've been versatile, enjoyable, decorative, and long lasting!
