For optimal performance, do not use both 24W and 75W power supplies in the same Nanoleaf Canvas system. Wrong item was sent and I’m not getting any help

I ordered power supply for my canvas and I received one with the connector for shapes, I think. I reached out for support to get that corrected but I never got an answer other than the initial email asking for pics. Very disappointing!!! Horrible service!!!!

Good, but not great

Good and easy enough to splice to a 3 prong plug with some easy twist wire caps and some form of strain relief (cable gland, or something).

It costs more than the plug in, you have to buy extra things to make it work, and if you don't stick it in the wall, all these points are a clear detriment compared to the plug-in. But what it does have over the plug-in is availability, likely due to everyone wanting the better product (plug-in) and leaving this one well-stocked.

Underrated product

Got product on sale. Hiding the wire makes all the difference. Buy for a seamless setup.

I never received product.

I have spent close to $1,000 with Nanoleaf. Love the product. But I never received my plug. And they don’t seem excited to send me another. Horrible service for such a great product !
