Worst company ever, brought two bundles and had missing panels, been contacting them and they only tell you they look into it but they don’t resolve nothing, will file a claim to my bank

I bought this bundle and only got one power adaptor. The Nanoleaf app gives me a warning that there is not enough power. Nanoleaf told me they will send me an additional plwer source but have started ghosting me before they actually ship it.

This is my second set I have bought. They are awesome. Only issues is the 2sided tape sometimes fails. For 1st month or so you need to check to make sure they are all fully attached to wall
