Incomplete order and terrible customer service - still not resolved

have had 2 tickets open as I never received all the parts to the bundle. I provided pictures of the box, included materials, what specific parts were missing. As soon as I provide information requested, zero response. Tried opening a new ticket, same thing, we’re into week 4. I think one person works there. Paid not a small amount of money for basically nothing, i can’t think of a worse retail experience.
