Won’t Stay Connected

I spend over $500 for a Skylight kit. Installed them all and was very happy…for 10 minutes. They will not stay connected. I have spent at least 20 hours researching and trying every single possible fix available on the Nanoleaf site and countless forums. Reached out to their support and it’s been a couple weeks. Yesterday I finally got a note saying it has been forwarded to their engineering team. Needless to say, I am frustrated. Perhaps it is my fault for thinking they would work, but now if I wanted to return them I have to repair my ceiling from the 36 holes drilled in the drywall to install the 9 lights.

Easily the most frustrating “smart” home product I have ever purchased.

Doesn't work!

It does not work! Four of the panels are not controlled by the master panel, and there's been no response to my support ticket in two weeks! JUNK!

And this thing will not let me select 1, 2, 3, or 4 stars, FORCING it to be 5 stars. CORRUPTION.

Pure awesomeness!

The Skylight product is simply amazing. Nicely engineered and very bright when you need it to be. The instant on features allow you to actually rip and replace your old ceiling lights with no rewiring needed. I'm looking for excuses to put more of them in!

Package never shipped

According to the tracking number my package was never received by fedex. I contacted support after a couple weeks of no movement on the package and got a canned response before they stopped responding. It's now been 21 days since they supposedly fulfilled the order and their system is asking me to leave a review. So since they asked: I paid a premium price plus upgraded shipping for a product that was never delivered and unresponsive support. Would not recommend.
