Still waiting for product

It’s been over 21 days and I am still waiting for my package. I have reached out to customer support and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do and to wait. Will not be purchasing anymore Nanoleaf items.

Second power source to stop working

We ordered this to replace a power source that stopped working for no reason. My daughter's sensory wall worked with this new power source for less than a week and now this power source also no longer works. $30 spent and we got about 6 days out of it.

Amazing Customer Service!

I had an issue with my Nanoleaf shapes and the customer service chat feature was great. Not only did it not take forever to complete the chat (Nanoleaf was very responsive) they helped me troubleshoot. Once the issue was confirmed as a faulty device, they immediately offered a replacement controller. It’s great when a company stands behind their product, even though I was an outside my warranty window.
