terrible communication

I had an order sent to the wrong address and I was able to edit the shipping information. They still sent it to the wrong location. So fedex called to get my new address and they sent it back to the warehouse as undelivered. Now Nanoleaf sent a replacement to that same address and I’ve been emailed but no one is understanding what I need."According to our warehouse team, the new address has been communicated to the carrier; however, please note that there is no guarantee of its implementation. A refund cannot be processed at this time, as the order has already been dispatched. You may also wish to contact FedEx to inform them of the new address."
